Appointment requests made through this site are requests, not confirmed bookings; a booking is confirmed once we have replied and agreed a time with you. Please give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule.
Custom orders
Custom pieces are made to your specifications, confirmed together at consultation. Details including pricing, deposits, timelines, and adjustments are agreed in writing at the time of order.
Care services
Refresh, repair, and restyling services are carried out with professional care. Pieces not purchased from Shaynelle are accepted after review and serviced on a best-effort basis appropriate to their construction and condition.
No warranties on information
Care guidance on this site is general in nature. Your piece's specific routine is provided with the piece and takes precedence.
